TySy, LLC. will not share any personal information with anyone outside of SAPH administration. Personal information is stored in a secure database with limited access. Only location information is shared with contacts that the user selects. Details are listed below:
Personal Information: While using the Saphapp, we may ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include (but is not limited to) your name. Personally identifiable information is housed inside the application and is not shared with any third parties.
Location Services: This app collects location data to enable the in danger feature to function properly. It is not running in the background when the app is closed or not in use. Background location is not used as it does not provide features beneficial to you, [the user] and relevant to the core functionality of the app. SAPHapp requests the minimum scope necessary to provide the current in danger feature. You should reasonably expect that the in danger feature needs to know your location in order to function properly. Location services are housed in the SAPHapp and recognized as personally identifiable information. Saphapp does not request acces to device storage and does not request access on behalf of any third-party for any purpose. Saphapp uses GPS locators on your device to properly operate. Location services allow our developers to build relevant software that helps you navigate & facilitate the discovery of your location when in danger. Saphapp only has foreground access to location. This means when the location feature has been initiated, it is terminated immediately after the intended use of case of the location feature is completed by the application. Saphapp does not access data protected by location permissions (e.g., ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION) after it is no longer necessary to deliver current features or services within the app.
App Statistics & Analytics: General app statistics are housed on Google and Apple platforms and do not display any personal information about the user.
